What if I have food allergies?

For any allergies, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you’re ordering meals that aline with your dietary restrictions.

What is the shelf life of your meals?

Upon receiving your order, the meals will last for 5 days if kept refrigerated, and 30 days if frozen.

Can the meals be frozen?

Yes! You can freeze the meals up to 30 days to eat them at a later date.

How long do I reheat my meal for?

Most meals are recommended to be reheated for 2 minutes or 5 minutes if frozen. For best results, bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes if refrigerated and 12 minutes if frozen.

Are the containers recyclable?

Yes! All of our meals are packaged in eco-friendly (biodegradable) and recyclable containers.

What if I need to cancel my order?

All meals must be cancelled within 24 hrs prior to your delivery date to receive your credit.

Are your meals frozen?

No, our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. Our meals are made fresh each day before delivery.

When do you deliver?

We deliver every Saturday. All orders must be received 48 hours before the delivery date.
